vs Magham Down Vets (away) - Eastbourne FA Veterans Cup (March 2014)

Photos from Polegate's first ever competitive Veterans match vs Magham Down Vets in the Eastbourne FA Veterans Cup on a warm Sunday afternoon in March. A mixture of old and older was a good combination for Town as they ran out 7-1 winners in the glorious sunshine at the 3G pitch at the Down's Leisure Centre in Seaford. Town's goals came from Khan Stevens (3), David Sheppard, Mick "Sparkie" Seacombe, Brian Ray and Darren Clifton. Town dominated the match from start to finish, and with rolling subs allowed, Town's player made sure they got plenty of rest with a good squad of 16 on the day. Thanks to Liam Brooks for the photos.
